Girls Trip to Saint Thomas

When you think of a destination for a girls trip, the Caribbean is a great choice. I had the pleasure of experiencing Saint Thomas in the United States Virgin Islands with one of my best friends Krystal. I could not be more grateful for her friendship in my life. Krystal planned the entire trip, and her knowledge of the islands was extremely helpful. This is dedicated to the people in our lives that just make life better. Thank you Krystal, you are one of those people for me, and many others. I will always admire your sense of adventure and thoughtfulness.

• Sunrise workouts on the beach and the air conditioned gym open 24-hours.

• Coffee from Southwind on The Ritz-Carlton St. Thomas property & @stjprovisions on St. John Island, a short walk into town from the dock.

• The Ritz-Carlton chocolate chip cookies served by the pool (made fresh daily).

• Swimming in beautiful water, it's clear and clean everywhere you go.

• Drinking an absurd amount of frozen banana coladas.

• Sometimes staying in is more fun than going out.
